Are your products authentic?

Yes 100%, all of our designer products are checked and authenticated to make sure our customers receive the best quality products.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked/ Royal Mail International. Please do contact us if you need your product by a certain date and we will do our very best to get this to you by that particular date. Please be aware all of our products are sent via a tracked service therefore will need to be signed for. 

We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we are based in the UK however will ship internationally. 

How long will it take for my product to be delivered? 

UK: 1- 5 working days 

EUROPE: 4-9 working days 

REST OF THE WORLD: 7-14 working days

What should i do if the item i received is incorrect or faulty? 

Firstly we would like to say we are very sorry if you have received your item faulty or it is incorrect. So we can sort this for you please contact us with the following information: 

- Order number 

- Your full name 

- Photo of the the faulty or incorrect item, along with a description of the problem.  

What is your refund policy? 

If you wish to return your item please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Please be aware we do not accept exchanges. 

Conditions of returns: 

- Item must be unworn and in originally condition/ packaging. 

- Your return must include a note with your full name and order number.

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs. 

How do i look after my jewellery? 

- Avoid exposing item to perfumes, body lotion, any type of water (showers/baths) and household chemicals as any of these factors can cause jewellery to discolour.

- When spraying deodorant, body spray or perfume please leave at-least 10 minutes before putting on your item. 

- Between wearing, please keep jewellery in a dry/ cool place and covered by sun light to avoid damage and discolouration.
